About the Role

The Pharmacy Operations Associate plays a hybrid role, combining pharmacy tech tasks with logistics duties. You will handle prescription packaging, patient shipments, and support delivery couriers while assisting with prescription data entry and issue resolution.

Report any discrepancies to the manager and manage department inventory.

Coordinate with Capsule teams to ensure we deliver on customer's expectations and ensure an amazing customer experience across all touchpoints.

Master our internal operating system : develop full operational knowledge and understanding of pharmacy operations, adhering to strict safety, quality, and production standards.

Work with the pharmacy operations team to meet or exceed company goals and priorities.

This is a part-time position that will vary hours per week on evenings and weekends.

Requirements :

You have a High School Diploma / GED and have 1 years of prior experience in counting / packing medications

You are proficient with a computer and Windows PC applications and are able to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications

You are familiar with general pharmacy terminology (SIG codes, brand and generic names of medications)

Ability to lift twenty (20) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes and stand for long periods of time

You are available to work nights.
